- Non-U.S. citizens are required to obtain a J-1 visa if accepted We typically will not grant fellowships to individuals who live within a 100-mile radius of Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Application
No Separate Application or Fee is Required to get the scholarship, it will be automatically considered, once you enrolled for the program. Plan to submit:
- Project proposal: In 500 words or less, describe your proposed research and how special collections materials are central to your work. Be as specific as possible.
- Description or preliminary list of the collection material you expect to consult
- Two letters of support

Selection process
- First All the application form will be evaluated.
- After evaluation, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the scholarship.
