The Stamps Scholars Program was founded by E. Roe Stamps and his late wife Penny in 2006, with the purpose of enabling extraordinary educational experiences for extraordinary students. Today, it is an internationally prestigious scholarship program and community that helps exceptional students become meaningful leaders throughout society.

Eligibility

The Stamps Scholars Program, with its partner schools, seeks students who demonstrate academic merit, strong leadership potential, and desire to improve the lives of others in their community. The program supports exceptional young people with promise and vision who are eager to make their contribution to the world and have the work ethic to make their dreams a reality. The Stamps Scholars Program welcomes students from all backgrounds and areas of study to apply. Financial need is not a consideration. MAJOR POINTS

  1. Must pursue the UG program at Tulane University.
  2. Must be a full-time student enrolled at the university.
  3. Must have high academic scores.

Award & availability

Stated amount: 30,139,200 Each year, approximately 360 Stamps Scholarship recipients join our diverse and talented community. Through partnerships with institutions across the nation (and into the U.K.), Scholars receive annual awards that range from $6,000 to $90,000 (four-year awards total an average of $24,000-$360,000) (3,01,39,200.00 Rs.) with additional funds for enrichment activities such as study abroad, academic conferences, and leadership training. Stamps Scholars have used their Dream Funds for experiences like: • Conducting scientific research in Antarctica • Studying abroad in Jordan • Participating in a medical Spanish program in Riobamba, Ecuador • Volunteering at a girls shelter in Peru • Attending the U.S. Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference • Attending the Grace Hopper Celebration Each year, approximately 360 Stamps Scholarship recipients join our diverse and talented community.

Application

No Separate Application Fees is Required to get this scholarship.

  1. Application for the Stamps Scholarship is done through the partner institutions, not through the national organization. For information on the process, please check with partners directly to get the latest information.
  2. Many Stamps partner institutions do not require a separate application for the Stamps Scholarship; students should simply apply to the institution by the specified deadline. Some institutions, however, require additional or separate applications, as well as an interview.
  3. Please keep in mind, the application deadline and award process varies from school to school, along with the amount of the award. Contact a partner to learn more about its particular Stamps Scholars Program.
