TOTO FUNDS THE ARTS AWARD

1. Nationality Only Indian citizens resident in India are eligible for the award. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholders are not eligible.
2. Age Restriction: 18 – 29 Since the motivation behind the award is to identify and encourage young talent.
3. Originality & Collaboration All entries must be original compositions composed and written entirely by the band/project. All tracks must be published under the band’s name or artist moniker. The band/project must own the rights to all submitted music and recordings.

2. You will see an Application Form for the TOTO Music Award.
3. Artist Details: Fill in all fields as required so that we have your artist details.
4. Music: We require you to submit three of your best tracks for review only via Soundcloud. You need to sign up and upload your music to Sound cloud, if you haven’t already, in order to apply. The application form will accept a Sound cloud link for each track. The artist’s or band name displayed in the Soundcloud track must be the same as that of the applicant. Try to use your most recent work, ideally released within the last year.
5. Images: Three print-resolution pictures of the artist/band, preferably in performance, will need to be uploaded in the appropriate section of the form.​​​​​​​ For further details, please click here.

The winner(s) under each category will be decided by an independent panel of jurors. Jury Over the past twenty years, the Toto Awards For Music have come to be coveted by young musical artists because they recognise excellence. They help you not only to see where you stand among the best upcoming musical talent in the country, but also to get your music heard and appreciated by our team and jury, who are veterans in the field. The jury changes every year, and they assess the musical content as well as the growth potential of the artist to make their considerations and decisions. Other Info Terms and Conditions

1. All participants need to be under the age of 30 and be Indian citizens. OCI holders are not eligible.
2. Only one application per eligible applicant will be considered.
3. Go to the respective category pages for Music, Creative Writing (Kannada), Creative Writing (English), Digital Art, Photography and Short Film to view the calls, application forms and read the detailed rules for that category.
4. All material submitted to TFA should be original work by the applicant and shall not have any third party arrangements with respect to ownership.
5. TFA should be granted the non exclusive license to use and utilize the submitted work in relation to the awards ceremony and other promotional use for the application season and in relation to the awards.
