TECHNICAL EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP FOR DIPLOMA - HIMACHAL PRADESH

1. Only those students shall be eligible for the award of scholarships who are Bonafide Himachali and ward of Himachal Pradesh Government employees.
2. The scholarships will be awarded to the students who are pursuing Diploma level Courses in Engineering/Technology including Architectural Assistantship or any other equivalent courses as approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).
3. The scholarship shall be awarded only if the total income of parents or guardians from all the sources is not more than ₹36000/- per annum.

1. Aadhaar Card (UID / EID No)
2. Passport Size Photo
3. Himachali Bonafide Certificate
4. Previous Year Result Card from Matric onwards.
5. Income Certificate of Parent/Guardian (Issued by an officer, not below the rank of Tehsildar)
6. Latest Bank Statement of the Students Bank Account
7. Caste Certificate (Issued by an officer, not below the rank of Tehsildar)
8. Any other document, as required Note 01: For all girl students Income Certificate is not mandatory. Note 02: The students applying for poverty-cum- brilliance scholarship should furnish a certificate of the annual income of parents/guardians in the prescribed form duly attested by a Magistrate or Tehsildar. Students applying for the Brilliance Scholarship need to submit an income certificate.

The candidates will be selected based on the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and merit. Other Info

1. Duration of Scholarship: The scholarship is awarded for the duration of the diploma course, provided the student continues to meet the eligibility criteria and completes the course.
2. Renewal Process: a. Scholarships are renewed for the next academic year based on the submission of results from the previous year and other required documents. b. Eligibility criteria for renewal must be met.
3. Scholarship Payment: a. The scholarship amount is directly transferred to the student's bank account. b. Ensure that bank account details and other banking information are accurate and up-to-date.
