Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 1- Class XII passed or its equivalent examination from recognized Boards/Councils with 50% marks with 5% relaxation for ST/SC/OBC/PWD. 2- Candidates waiting for Class – XII results amy also apply provided they produce their provisional/original documents at the time of counselling. 3- There will be block wise allocation of seats to facilitate availability of trained teachers locally in the respective blocks. Age: The minimum Age limit is 18 years and maximum age is 27 years as on 01.01.2020 relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PWD.

Stated amount: 50,000 This course offers a scholarship of Rs 5000/- p.m for 10 months. - Candidates must upload a scanned copy of a recent colour passport size photograph and a scanned copy of the signature.
- Atleast 30% of the seats to be allotted to candidates having Science and Mathematics background at Class – XII level.

- The selection procedure will be based on merit. Other Info MODE OF PAYMENT: The respective principals will submit the list of candidates indicating the scholarship requirement against each to the DERT or necessary sanction. The sanction will be made to the respective DIETs who will in turn credit the scholarship to the A/c No. of the candidates Reservation Policy: As per Meghalaya Government Reservation Policy for different communities of the state. 5% of the seats will be reserved for persons with disabilities.
