The Sanskriti Pratishthan invites applications for its annual Sanskriti - Kalakriti Fellowship in Performing Arts from young performing artists who wish to contribute towards enriching their respective art form. The scheme will be managed by the Sanskriti Pratishthan, which has been giving similar awards over the past 25 years. Objective The purpose of the Fellowship is to encourage young artists to develop their potential and enhance their skills through intensive practice and or incorporating different facets of their art. Eligibility
1. The Fellowship is only open to Indian Nationals in the age group of 25 to 40. 2. While this fellowship especially encourages women applicants, all proposals that further the objectives of the program are welcome. The candidate should have at least ten years of initial training in Indian classical dance. The fellow would be required to have given at least 2 - 3 solo performances to his/her credit in recognized forums. 3. The candidate will be required to take guidance from another senior guru and enhance the existing style. It would be a residency program for a period of three months, which can be spread over a period of ten months. This will require the candidate to take consent from her current guru and the guru he/she would want to go to.

Stated amount: 50,000
- The duration of the Fellowship will be ten months. The grant of Rs. 50, 000 will be given in two installments. The first installment of Rs 25, 000/- will be given at the commencement of the fellowship programme.
- The second installment will be given after the submission of your complete project report when the fellow may be requested to give a dance recital. No. of scholarships is subject to availability, please visit official website.

Selection process
- First All the application form will be evaluated.
- After evaluation, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the scholarship.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done by authorities. Other Info Agreement The applicant will have to sign an agreement with Sanskriti Pratishthan pertaining to a regular flow of work during the Fellowship period. The candidate should not be holding another Fellowship or working on any other project at the same time.
