SAMPARK YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM
Sampark Foundation invites young, energetic, passionate professionals for a two-year, full-time, paid leadership Sampark Young Leaders (SYL) Program. The program has the following phases: Phase 1: Program induction – 6 weeks (common for all verticals) 1. Classroom Training for 2 weeks. 2. On-field training for 4 weeks. Phase 2: On Job training & leadership mentoring—98 weeks (in their own verticals) 1. On-the-job training for 45 weeks. 2. Refresher Training for 2 weeks. 3. Advance on-the-job training for 45 weeks. Eligibility
- Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Development Communication, Journalism, or Social Work.
- B. Ed would be an added advantage for district Spark roles however not a must.
- Good Communication Skills in Hindi as that is the primary language for teachers in the current states.
- Interest in developing video-based content to teach Maths, English, and Science for grades 1-8 is a must for SYL in Pedagogy.
Award & availability
Stated amount: 19,000
- SYLs will be paid a salary of Rs. 19, 000 per month post Induction and state appropriate city allowance.
- In addition, SYL will receive a conveyance reimbursement and would be covered under Provident Fund, medical and term insurance.
- During induction, they will receive Rs 5, 000 pm as an allowance for expenses plus conveyance reimbursement. No. of scholarships is subject to availability, please visit official website.

Selection process
- First All the application form will be evaluated.
- After evaluation, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the scholarship.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done by authorities.
- Post-assignment review, a telephonic interview will be done.
- Final round will involve a face-to-face interaction. Best SYL Leadership Reward: If your performance is rated outstanding, you will be offered permanent employment as per the verticals trained in.
