1. Scholarship is open to an Indian National only.
2. Candidate should be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.
3. He/She must have passed the previous year's examination.
4. Annual income is not more than INR 1,50,000 OBC category.
5. Have passed matriculation and studying in higher secondary and above.

Phil., Ph.D., and Post Doctoral Programmes (D.
