1. Scholarship is open to an Indian National only Belonging to the General (Other than SC/ST/OBC) category.
2. Candidate should be a permanent resident of Uttarakhand.
3. He/She must have passed the previous year's examination.
4. Annual income is not more than INR 1,00,000 EBC category.
5. Have passed matriculation and studying in higher secondary and above.
