NUFFIC NESO INDIA - HOLLAND SCHOLARSHIP
The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science as well as 48 Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. This scholarship is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master's in Holland. Nuffic's Netherlands Education Support Office (NESO) India, is the official representative of Dutch Higher Education Institutions in India. It specifically caters to the needs of prospective Indian students who are planning to study abroad by providing credible and accurate information about studying in Holland. Based out of Bangalore, Nuffic Neso India is responsible for the following activities in India: 1. Promoting Dutch Higher Education Institutions (DHEIs) in India 2. Conducting Market Research in order to analyze current trends in the education sector. 3. Promote and Develop Alumni Relations in India. Eligibility
- Your nationality is non-EEA.
- You are applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
- You meet the specific requirements of the institution of your choice. You can find these on the website of the institution.
- You do not have a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands.
Award & availability
Stated amount: 466,945 The scholarship amounts to € 5, 000(INR 4, 66, 945). You will receive this in the first year of your studies. Please note that this is not a full-tuition scholarship. The grant is awarded for one year and can only be received once. No. of scholarships is subject to availability, please visit official website.
Application
No Separate Application or Fee is Required to get the scholarship, it will be automatically considered, once you enrolled for the program. Selection process
- First All the application form will be evaluated.
- After evaluation, eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the scholarship.
- Shortlisting of candidates will be done by authorities. Other Info Code of conduct- Nuffic or programmes managed by Nuffic may not be involved in activities involving unacceptable behaviour. It can be about interpersonal or financial misconduct or abuses of power. Nuffic has an Integrity Code of Conduct to combat unacceptable behaviour. In addition, activities involving the following situations/behaviour are considered unacceptable:
- Bankruptcy, insolvency or winding-up procedures;
- Breach of obligations relating to the payment of taxes or social security contributions;
- Conduct related to a criminal organisation;
- Money laundering or terrorist financing;
- Terrorist offenses or offenses linked to terrorist activities;
- Irregularity;
- Creating a shell company;
