MADHYA PRADESH LABOR WELFARE EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

1. Under Academic Scholarship Scheme, classes 5 to 12, undergraduate, postgraduate, ITI, polytechnic, PGDCA, DCA (Computer Course), B.E., MBBS The scholarship amount for each class is provided by the Board to the students studying in it.

1. Under the Madhya Pradesh Labor Welfare Fund Act 1982, the benefit of the said scheme is given for the educational development of the children of workers working in the factories/establishments established in Madhya Pradesh.

1. The applicant will fill the entries of academic scholarship application form online by visiting the Scholarship portal of the Student Labor Kalyan Mandal. The applicant has to prove himself by giving his own and parents' Aadhaar number for his identity. To fill the application form online and track the status of the application, the applicant should provide the user ID and password will be received.
2. Online application for academic scholarship will have to be made within the time limit fixed by the Board. Applications received after the prescribed period will not be considered by the Board and no action will be taken.
3. Documents required to be uploaded along with the application include: i. Applicant's latest passport size photograph (JPEG). ii. Previous Year Marks (JPEG) of the class passed by the applicant. iii. Photocopy of the first page of the bank passbook of the applicant clearly displaying his name, bank account number and IFS code.
4. After the applicant makes all the entries prescribed in the application form, a print-out of the said application form will be taken from the portal, on which the signature of the student himself and the parents (who is working in the institute/establishment) will be got signed on the declaration form. And after this, the concerned employer/manager / employer authorized officer to work in their organization at the place prescribed in the application form.

3. Officers authorized by the Welfare Commissioner / Welfare Commissioner for determination and payment of scholarship amount to be paid under the scheme will be acceptance officers.
