Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for Macquarie University India scholarship can be summarized as a three-step process: Step 1: Proof of Citizenship: Since Macquarie University India Scholarship is primarily designed for Indian students, therefore, all applicants to provide proof of citizenship. Furthermore, applicants must be residing in India at the time of application. Award & availability
Stated amount: 14,990 This early acceptance scholarship is awarded to talented international students from India who intend to pursue a coursework degree at Macquarie University, offsetting approximately 25% of their annual tuition fees. Among one of the most generous in Australia, this scholarship is valued at AUD $10,000 per year for the duration of your Bachelor's or Master's coursework degree (AUD $5,000 will be credited each session). First payment of AUD $10,000 will be credited in the second session of your first year of enrolment, with AUD $5,000 credited in each subsequent session for the duration of the course. Duration This scholarship is valid for the full duration of the course. About One Scholarship is available yearly.

No Application Fee is required, you will be automatically considered for this scholarship. Applicants will be assessed automatically for this scholarship. Successful candidates will receive the scholarship with their offer letter. To be assessed for this scholarship, please ensure:
- You have successfully lodged an application for the undergraduate or postgraduate degree you plan to study.
- You have met the eligibility criteria for the course you have applied for.
Selection process
The selection of the students for the Macquarie University India Scholarship is merit-based. After the students are admitted into their respective UG and PG programs, the selection panel reviews their admission applications for the scholarship. Based on this, the university officials select the recipient. Terms and Conditions Scholarship aspirants and recipients should adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
- Students should enroll and begin their classes according to the Offer letter.
- Should meet the university’s academic progression policy.
- Scholarship applies to only on-campus study and does not apply to the Master of Management course.
- Should not be a recipient of an external government-sponsored scholarship program.
- Australian or New Zealand students who hold permanent residency in Australia are not eligible for this scholarship.
- In case the recipient withdraw from the program before completion, scholarship money must be repaid.
