Eligibility
To be eligible for the MSCT scholarship, the candidates must satisfy the following criteria.
- Candidate should be a First-year student of HSC/VHSC and under a Graduate Course in Govt/Aided Arts and Science College.
- Candidate should be the Son/Daughter of Primary/Secondary School Teachers.

- Login to the DCE portal.
- Check the notification section for any updates on the scholarship renewal process.
- Click on the notification and update the details for the scholarship.
- Enter your latest qualifying examination mark sheet and other documents required.
- Submit the renewal application.
- Print the application for further reference.
