Accenture is inviting applications for Intelligent YOU: Accenture Idea Contest, where they are looking for ideators who can give the most innovative solutions for real business challenges. Intelligent You: Accenture Idea Contest is a celebration of ideas from brilliant professionals like YOU – an opportunity to showcase your skills. The challenge will test your grey cells like never before, make you think out of the box, and propose practical solutions to pressing business challenges The nomination for the Contest shall be invited from 5 (five) categories as specified on the Contest website (“Category”). Each participant shall be entitled to participate in all the Categories. All Ideas/materials presented must be original work, and the ownership and all intellectual property rights in the same must belong to the participant. Eligibility
The Contest will be conducted online and open to all full-time, graduate, and post-graduate students who are 18 (eighteen) years or above and (including Accenture Operations employees in India), who meet all eligibility requirements as stated in the Contest Rules. The participants can only submit entries as an individual.

Stated amount: 450,000 In addition to the experience of a lifetime of solving real-time business problems, the challenge will give you the opportunity to compete alongside awesome peers and industry leaders and you get gifts worth 4.5 lakhs. All Entries will be invited online through a form available at https://www.accenture.com/in-en/Careers/intelligent-you-accenture-idea-contest and the participants need to complete the online entry form and submit it along with the original idea/s related to given innovation categories of Cloud, Security, Procurement, Digital Marketing and Finance & Accounting. “IntelligentYOU: Accenture Idea Contest” (the “Contest”) is organized and conducted by Accenture Solutions Private Limited ("Organizer"). Start by registering on the site. Select your stream. Once a submission is uploaded you cannot edit it. Participants can participate in all the Categories. The contest is open for three weeks and this is your opportunity to showcase your skills. Selection process
1. Upon receiving the entries, and in June a jury of the Organizer will collate the list of entries and evaluate the same based on pre-defined evaluation criteria set by the Organizer to determine the final scores for all the qualified entries. 2. At no point during the contest, the scores will be revealed to the contest participants and will remain confidential with the organizer. No queries shall be entertained from the contest participants on the scores allocated to the entries by the organizer. 3. Organizers may use a third-party platform to conduct the online challenge/quiz. Winner and Determination of Winners: 1. Each Category of the Contest, will have 3 (three) category winners (“Category Winner/s”). There will be three category winners for entries outside of Accenture and three category winners for employees of Accenture. Internal and External winners will be ranked 1, 2, and 3. 2. The nominees in each category will be presented to the group of persons / subject matter experts (“Jury”) for determination of Winner/s. The jury’s decision is final and binding on all participants. 3. The Jury will score and/or rank each nominee based on pre-defined evaluation criteria and the Jury's final scores will be collated and tabulated to determine the Winners based on the weightage determined by the Organizer. The Jury reserves the right to enter a wild card nomination under any of the Categories at its discretion.
