IISER TIRUPATI - POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

1. Hold a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from a recognized University / Institute.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Organic Synthesis/Chemical Biology/Supramolecular Chemistry/Nanotechnology.
3. Candidates who have submitted their thesis and awaiting the awardof a Ph.D. degree may also apply.
4. Candidates should provide evidence of having conducted high-quality research during or after their Ph.D. program.
5. Not more than 35 years as of the closing date of the advertisement.

1. Rs. 58, 000/- p.m. + 9% HRA, if the candidate produces the Ph. D. Certificate.
2. Rs. 42, 000/- p.m. + 9% HRA - for those candidates whose Ph. D. degree is awaited. However, the candidate must produce a letter from a competent authority stating that the thesis has been submitted and the final viva/defense is pending.

6. The applicant's appointment will be governed by the terms and conditions of the Institute that are particularly applicable to the said project. Reservation is applicable as per Institute norms.
7. The qualification prescribed should have been obtained from recognized Universities / Institutions.
8. The prescribed educational qualifications are the bare minimum, and mere possession ofsame does not entitle candidates to be called for an interview. Where the number of applications received in response to this advertisement is large, it will not be convenient or possible to interview all the candidates. Based on the recommendations of the Screening Committee, the Project Leader may restrict the number of candidates for the interview to a reasonable limit after taking into consideration qualifications and experienceover and above the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
