HINDUSTAN TIMES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME

1. Students, who are studying in classes 5th to 9 th in Mumbai, Pune and Chandigarh and have scored more than 60% in their last year’s final examination, are eligible for certification and scholarships under the Scholarship Program.
2. Students can participate in the Scholarship Program only by filling the nomination forms which shall be made available at select Schools and published in Hindustan Times, Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula Edition.

Stated amount: 50,000

1. 50 students will be selected from Mumbai and will be given a scholarship of Rs 50, 000 each.
2. 50 students will be selected from Chandigarh, Panchkula & Mohali and will be given a scholarship of Rs 25, 000 each.
3. 50 students will be selected from Pune and will be given a scholarship of Rs 25, 000 each. No. Of Scholarship- 150

1. Forms published in newspaper HINDUSTAN TIMES Mumbai Pune, Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula Edition.
2. Forms distributed in schools by HT Media Limited representatives.
3. Forms available online on www.htscholarship.in.
4. The forms would need to be filled with accurate details and should be sent to the prescribed address mentioned in the form or handed over to a HTMLs representative.
5. Incomplete forms would not be considered for the selection process.
6. Following documents need to be enclosed along with the application form. ​​​​​​​a. Essay as their entry. b. Previous years academic record. c. 5 HT Scholarship quiz cuttings from the newspaper.

1. The selection for the Scholarship Program shall be based on participant's academic and all-round achievement, assessment in essay, followed by an interview session of each eligible student taken by HTML panelist.
2. There will be a new quiz question and trivia in your copy of Hindustan Times every day (Monday to Friday) during the period of the Scholarship program.
3. Answer the quiz and attach any 5 cuttings with your nomination form before submitting.
4. Attaching 5 HT Scholarship quiz cuttings are compulsory. The quiz will appear in Hindustan Times newspaper.
