HEAD HELD HIGH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM

Head Held High Foundation is a Bangalore-based non-profit on a quest to tackle humanity’s oldest and most persistent problem poverty, Along with a passionate team and many committed partners, we work to reduce inequity in all its forms. We have grown into one of India’s topmost non-profits driving youth transformation, women empowerment and livelihood development in rural communities. Our poverty alleviation efforts in these locations include assessment, expanding social protection, financial inclusion, skills-based training, job placement support, mentoring and more. The HHH Fellowship program provides the rural, corporate and international youth an opportunity to become certified Trainers, and transform the illiterate rural youth into capable workers. The HHH Fellows also gain diverse exposure and experience to grassroots realities in rural India, and can hone and develop leadership qualities that can drive their personal and professional growth. Eligibility

  1. Energetic and passionate individuals who want to contribute to society and learn at the same time.
  2. Age 18-30 Years, both male & female.
  3. Has basic skills in written and spoken English.
  4. Demonstrated leadership initiative or participated in extra-curricular activities.
  5. Willing to make a commitment of 10 months.

Selection process

Interview - Upon receiving your filled application form, we will conduct a telephone/Skype interview. Upon completion, a written test will be carried out to assess your communication, reasoning and logic, math and computer skills. Based on the results from your interview, you will be notified if you have been selected for the program. Once you are selected, a Fellowship Program information sheet will be sent to you which includes:
