Applicant must-

1. Be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student in a college/university in India.

8. Have faced adversity and overcome it to continue learning and growing in the field of computer science.

1. The Venkat Panchapakesan Memorial Scholarship award of 750 USD (INR 62, 965) must be spent on tuition, fees, books, supplies and equipment required for the students' classes at their primary university.
2. Scholarship recipients may also be awarded a grant of 225 USD (INR 18, 888 ) towards developing the local community in areas of computer science, upon submitting a proposal.

1. Scholarship recipients will be selected based on the overall strength of their essays and application materials compared to the entire applicant pool.

8. We will withhold the award for any scholar who no longer meets the eligibility requirements and revoke the award for any scholar who does not maintain the eligibility requirements.
