GCU LOYALTY SCHOLARSHIPS FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

International students at GCU who progress to further study at the university are eligible for the GCU Loyalty Scholarships. Also, the scholarships are only available for self-funded international applicants. Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate Students: International students enrolled in an undergraduate program at GCU must have successfully completed one of the following:

1. A Foundation, Premasters, or Pre-sessional course with INTO GCU.
2. A GCU Summer School.
3. An exchange program at GCU. Eligibility Criteria for Postgraduate Students: International applicants enrolled in a taught master's program at GCU must have graduated from either one of the following study programs:
4. An undergraduate degree.
5. A Foundation, Pre-masters, or Pre-sessional course with INTO GCU.
6. A GCU Summer School.
7. An exchange program at GCU.

1. A discount of 30% discount on self-funded tuition fees is available to students starting in the current academic year who have received their undergraduate or postgraduate taught from GCU (or one of our founding institutions).
2. Discounts of 30% apply to the privately funded part of the course fee for every year of study for all students coming back to study another Undergraduate or Postgraduate Taught program at GCU. ​​​​​​​3. Students who are continuing on their studies will continue to receive the 20% Loyalty discount if previously awarded. Scholarships are limited.

No Separate Application or Fee is Required to get the grants, it will be automatically considered, once you enrolled for the program.

1. The prospective applicants of the GCU Loyalty Scholarships for International Students are not required to submit any separate application form. Applicants are only required to mention that they are GCU graduates while applying for admission at GCU in one of the study programs.
2. You must apply for your chosen program of study and have received an offer to study with GCU or GCU London.
3. Instructions on how to apply for each program can be found on the individual scholarship pages.
4. Results for scholarships are given around 4 weeks after the scholarship closing date so you do not need to email for updates as we will always email any applicant who has applied for an award to advise of the outcome. Make a Successful Scholarship Application-

6. Effort must be put into the application and you must write more than a couple of sentences detailing why you want the scholarship and what difference it will make to you.
7. Be aware of the deadline and make sure you submit in time as late applications will not be accepted.
8. When filling out scholarship application forms, be complete, concise and creative. People who read these applications want to know the real you, not just your name. The application should clearly emphasise your ambitions, motivations and what makes you different.
9. Tell us about your long and short-term goals and how the scholarship could help you reach them.
10. Detail any achievements and awards you have received in the past.
11. What impact would the financial support have on your ability to study or travel?
12. Do you have any personal or family circumstances that contribute to your need for financial assistance? The simplest experience can be monumental if you present honestly how you were affected.
13. Think of the University's mission for the Common Good and refer to this during your application.
14. Make sure your application is neatly typed, well-written and does not contain any errors or typos.
15. Remember you are applying for a scholarship - not the course itself - so detail your financial need, motivation and future aspirations in relation to the course, not all the requirements needed to get onto the course.
16. Make sure your application is submitted as you will receive a confirmation email if submitted successfully through the scholarship portal. (Applies to GCU scholarships only.)

1. Applications of Loyalty Scholarships are analyzed based on the program they were enrolled in.
2. There is no selection criteria as GCU graduates who have successfully completed their studies at GCU and are applying for a higher study level are all eligible for the scholarship. Other Info Terms and conditions

4. The discount is not available for any PhD or DBA courses or postgraduate research programs.
5. Where a student is eligible for both a Loyalty Discount and another Scholarship, the highest discount applies.
