FLINDERS GO BEYOND SCHOLARSHIPS

1. Available for commencement in semesters 1 and 2 of the current year and next year.
2. Available to new students only.
3. Full fee-paying international students (citizens of Australia and New Zealand and Australian Permanent Residents or other permanent visa holders are ineligible to apply).
4. Open to international students of any nationality.
5. Available to applicants of an eligible course as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.
6. Students must meet the entry requirements outline for each scholarship in addition to meeting standard entry requirements including English language requirements, any topic pre-requisites or work experience.
7. Continuing eligibility requires students to maintain a GPA of 5.0 and a full time load of study.
8. Undergraduate applicants require an equivalent minimum ATAR 95 or above and submission of the Vice-Chancellor International

1. Global Scholarships - Undergraduate and Postgraduate • Up to 20% reduction in tuition fees.
2. Excellence Scholarships - Undergraduate only • Up to 25% reduction in tuition fees.
3. Vice-Chancellor International Scholarships - Undergraduate and Postgraduate • Up to 50% reduction in tuition fees. All scholarships are valid for the duration of the course of study, providing continuing eligibility requirements are met.​​​​​​​ Scholarships are limited.

No Separate Application or Fee is Required to get the grants, it will be automatically considered, once you enrolled for the program. There is no separate scholarship application process for the Global and Excellence Scholarships. Applications for courses will automatically be assessed for scholarship eligibility and eligible applicants will be notified with their Letter of Offer to the course. Eligible applicants simply need to return the course Acceptance Form and the Go Beyond Scholarship Acceptance Form for the scholarship to be awarded. ​​​​​​​Applicants must:

1. Select an eligible UG or PG program.
2. Confirm their entry requirements.
3. Confirm scholarship eligibility.
4. Submit an admission application to the university. Once the admission application has been submitted, students will be assessed and if successful, confirmation of the scholarship will be sent within the Letter of Offer. For further details, please click here.

1. These scholarships are competitive awards and are confirmed through a selection process. Applicants will be notified of the scholarship outcome as part of the selection process. Applicants who are eligible for an alternate scholarship will be issued an offer including scholarship at time of application.

7. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee reduction and will be paid directly into the student’s tuition fee account.
8. Scholarships provide a tuition fee waiver and do not cover the costs of any non-tuition fees, visas, overseas health cover, living expenses or any other costs associated with living in Adelaide or studying at Flinders University.
9. There is no financial payout of any unexpended portion of this scholarship, nor is itrefundable.
10. The scholarship is not transferrable to a third party.
11. The scholarship will not be extended beyond the advertised duration or amount unless otherwise advised by Flinders University.
12. If a recipient voluntarily withdraws from Flinders University without completing 50% of the units required for the course, the recipient will be liable to repay the value of the scholarship disbursed from the date of admission to the date of withdrawal. Exclusions -
13. Scholarships are not available to current Flinders students who are transferring from a Flinders course without the scholarship into an eligible scholarship course.
14. Scholarships are not available to students in receipt of financial support from the Australian government, a foreign government, or another Flinders University scholarship.
15. Scholarships are not available to students transferring to Flinders with credit from studies completed at another institution.
16. Scholarships are not available to students studying the full degree offshore.
17. Scholarships are not available for Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma courses (with the exception of the Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Advanced)) or Research Higher Degree courses.
