COLT - PURE INDIA SCHOLARSHIPS FOR ENGINEERING (BE / B.TECH) STUDENTS
Under this program, students are also provided with Career Guidance & Mentoring to help them determine the kind of career they want to pursue. The primary beneficiaries of this program are students who have passed their 10th grade and want to pursue higher education. The secondary beneficiaries are parents, schools and institutions. Scholarships are awarded annually based on quarterly performance reports submitted by students. We provide scholarships up to INR 25000/- per student per year. The Engineering Students Scholarship program is initiated by COLT Technology, under the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative in partnership with PURE India Trust (NGO). Underprivileged meritorious engineering students of any govt Engineering College in India are advised to apply for the scholarship. Following are the guidelines of the scholarship program.

Eligibility
- Students from economically poor families (Maximum family gross income Rs.2,50,000/- per year, are eligible.
- Children of single mothers/widow/defense solider / martyrs / differently abled parents etc. will get preference.
- Students must have passed JEE Main / Advance entrance exam and studying from 1 st to 3rd year of engineering. 4th year or 7th & 8th-semester students are not eligible.
- Students’ must be either residents or studying in an institute located anywhere in India.
- Students of all engineering streams are eligible.
- Final selection will be done based on document verification, Family background verification, and personal interview by NGO and COLT team.
Award & availability
Stated amount: 50,000 The selected candidates will receive up to INR 25,000 per year or as decided by Management. The scholarship amount will be provided in two instalments based on the performance reports submitted by students. Selection process
- Students can be offered summer training in Colt technologies if the student qualifies and meet the requirements of the company.
- To improve business skills, students are required to do volunteering work with PURE India Trust for a minimum of 30 Days in a year. Volunteering activities can be done online or in person based on the availability of students.
- Student will not qualify for a scholarship if any of the given detail is found incorrect.
- Students need to submit their performance report every semester to get eligible for next installment of scholarships and criteria will be defined by the management.
- Student need to submit required documents along with complete application form. Other Info Important points
- The final scholarship amount will be determined by the management and may be provided in two installments based on the student's performance report submission.
- Students are encouraged to improve their business skills by volunteering at PURE India Trust or any other NGO for a total of 30 days in a year. Volunteering activities can be carried out either online or in person.
- Students must submit their performance report every quarter.
- Selected students will be required to submit relevant documents as part of the screening process.
- All scholarship applications must be submitted through the designated Google page.
