CHANGELOOMS - SUPPORT FOR YOUNG SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURS
Change looms is an inside-out learning and leadership journey that encourages, recognizes, and supports young social entrepreneurs to achieve their potential to lead social change initiatives through opportunities for intensive learning, networking, mentorship, visibility, resource mobilization and fund-raising. This year-long program provides Changeloomers from across the country with opportunities for intensive learning, networking, mentorship, visibility and fund-raising. This journey is envisaged as one that would explore the construction of identities – others as well as their own, positively deal with conflicts, become more system aware and learn how to mobilize, inspire others and amplify their change impact. The Changelooms, is designed and implemented by Pravah and Commutiny- The Youth Collective with support from ORACLE.

Last date to apply: 17/10/2025 The last date to apply for this scholarship is October 17, 2025.
Eligibility
- Young Leaders between the age of 18-35 years.
- 2 representatives from each initiative will be part of the year-long journey; preferably co-founders of the enterprise or at least one out of the two must be the founder member and the co-voyager should possess a key or senior role in the organization.
- Social change initiatives should have focused intervention in the areas of social inclusion and Constitutional Literacy.
Award & availability
Stated amount: 200,000 The Changelooms offers Seed Funding – Support with a Seed Grant of 2.0 lakhs for Changeloomes - Startup and Rs. 75,000 Changeloomes - Changemaker. Number of Scholarship is the subject to availability, for more please visit official website.

Selection process
Various levels of assessment in the selection process are:
- Application screening
- Telephonic interviews for first shortlisting
- Face-to-face interviews for second shortlisting
- Project proposal screening and Shortlisting
- Field Visits to the locations of final shortlisting
