The selection of scholars for the ‘Chanakya University Merit cum Admission Scholarship’ will be based on the academic merit and financial background of applicants. It involves a multi-stage process as detailed below –

1. Initial shortlisting of applications based on their academic merit and financial background
2. First round of document verification
3. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the online entrance test Chanakya Scholarship Entrance Test (CUSET)
4. Telephonic round of interview with team
5. Virtual and in-person interviews of further shortlisted candidates by the Chanakya University core team
6. Field visits to verify students’ economic eligibility (to be conducted by Chanakya University)
7. The final selection and the awarding of scholarship will be at the discretion of Chanakya University.
