CENTRALLY SPONSORED OF PRE-MATIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR ST STUDENTS -LADAKH

1. Student should belong to Scheduled Tribe
2. Her/his Parents’/Guardian’s income should not exceed Rs. 2.00 lakh per annum.
3. She/he should not be getting any other Centrally-funded Pre-Matric Scholarship.
4. She/ he should be a regular, full-time student studying in a Government School or in a School recognized by Govt. or a Central/State Board of Secondary Education.
5. Scholarship for studying in any class will be available for only one year. If a student has to repeat a class, she/he would not get a scholarship for that class for a second (or subsequent) year.​​​​​​​

Stated amount: 1,000 The value of the scholarship includes the following for the complete duration of the course:-

1. Scholarship and other grant,
2. Additional allowance for students with disabilities studying in private un-aided recognized Schools. The scholarship ranges from Rs. 150 to 1000. Number of Scholarship is the subject to availability, for more please visit official website.

1. All eligible Scheduled Tribe candidates will be given scholarships as prescribed in this scheme.
2. Candidates belonging to one State but studying in another State will be awarded scholarships by the State to which they belong and will submit their applications to the competent authority in that State. Other Info Renewals

If Scheme is on-boarded on NSP in previous academic year(s) and state/UT has done their payment after taking the data from NSP through their own mechanism, then the state/UT has to revert back the data along with application ID, Scholarship amount disbursed, etc. to the NSP. NSP will then open those applications for renewal.
4. If Scheme was not on-boarded on NSP in previous year for fresh applications, then renewal application cannot be called on NSP.
