Undergraduate To be eligible for the University's undergraduate scholarships, you must:

1. Have applied to any undergraduate course at the University of Bristol, with the exception of medicine, dentistry and veterinary science;
2. Start your undergraduate course in September 2024;
3. Be classed as an overseas student for fee-paying purposes;
4. Not already be in receipt of other funding which would equate to more than the full cost of tuition fees alongside a Bristol scholarship. Postgraduate To be eligible for the University's postgraduate scholarships, you must:
5. Have applied to any eligible one-year, full-time taught master's programme, or one of our eligible two-year programmes: MSc Social Work and MA Law;
6. Start your master's programme in September 2024;
7. Be classed as an overseas student for fee-paying purposes; not already be in receipt of other funding which would equate to more than the full cost of tuition fees alongside a Bristol scholarship.

1. Scholarship awards for undergraduate international students are valued at £6,500 and £13,000 per year and can only be used towards the cost of tuition fees.

3. Scholarships will be given in the form of a tuition fee discount and are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
4. If the amount of scholarship awarded is more than the cost of the tuition fees, the tuition fees will be covered in full and any remainder will not be issued.
5. Unless otherwise stated, undergraduate scholarships will be awarded for all years of undergraduate study taking place at the University of Bristol (not including years studied away from Bristol, such as years in industry), subject to satisfactory attainment throughout the programme. Bursaries
6. Bursaries will be awarded in the form of a contribution towards living costs. Payments will be made at the beginning of the academic year, once the recipient has registered in full and set up a UK bank account.
7. For all undergraduate awardees, and postgraduate awardees on two-year courses: this bursary will be available only in the first year of study.
