BHARTI SCHEME FOR MASTERS DEGREE OVERSEAS (BS-MDO)
Andhra Pradesh Brahmin Welfare Corporation (ABC), a Government of Andhra Pradesh undertaking, is introducing “Bharati Scheme for Master’s Degree Overseas” (BS-MDO) for the Brahmin students of Andhra Pradesh. Under this scheme, a specified amount shall be released to the selected applicants, as one-time financial assistance.This scheme is applicable to students of Andhra Pradesh covering all 13 districts.

Eligibility
- The student and his/her both parents should belong to Brahmin community and parents should reside in Andhra Pradesh.
- Annual income of Parents / Guardian should not be more than Rs. 6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs)
- Students who have already availed benefit earlier will not be eligible.
- Should not have availed himself/ herself any amount from any other Government scheme for the same purpose.

- Any course being pursued abroad with duration less than 18 months and more than 11 months - Rs. 5,00,000/-
- Master’s Degree Programme being pursued abroad with minimum of 18 months duration - Rs. 10,00,000/- Number of Scholarship is the subject to availability, for more please visit official website.
Application
Fees is the subject to authorities, you may visit official website for more. Eligible candidates shall fill their application online on (http://www.andhrabrahmin.ap.gov.in). Applicant should upload the scanned copies (in pdf of maximum 250 kb size each) of the following documents:
- Aadhar Cards of the student o Caste certificate (in the name of student) and Income certificate issued by MeeSeva in one PDF
- SSC and Qualifying Degree certificates
- SB Account Passbook in Andhra Bank or State Bank of India (account must be in the name of applicant)
- Passport size photograph (in jpeg format of maximum 50 kb)
- Proof of admission and fees paid into any Master’s Degree Course Overseas in any reputed institution OR Proof of collaboration letter between the two universities / institutes, in case of Final year PEC course abroad.
- Passport, VISA, Air Ticket and Form –i20 or equivalent in one PDF
Selection process
Short-listing and finalisation of applicants shall be done by the State Level Selection Committee (SLSC). Other Info Scope This scheme is applicable for students of Andhra Pradesh covering all 13 districts, who secured admission for any Masters’ Degree course overseas in reputed institutions for the year 2018-19 or students pursuing part of their course abroad (after completing the initial part in India) in collaboration with any foreign university, for the year 2018-19.
