BAN KI-MOON SCHOLARSHIP

Stated amount: 883,659

1. A one-off scholarship of up to 10,000 EUR (8,83,659 Rupees) to cover (part of) the current annual tuition fee.
2. Scholarship amount will offset the corresponding amount of the tuition fees for the first academic year; it cannot be used to cover any other expenses like travel, accommodation, etc. Number of Scholarship is the subject to availability, for more please visit official website.

No application fee will be charged. Along with the required documents like CV, evidence of language proficiency and proof of Non-European nationality, applicants must include:

1. A statement (approximately 500 words) that recounts the applicant’s current (or past) commitment to one or several SDGs including reference to concrete evidence/documentation.
2. A motivation letter describing the applicant’s future goals in support of the SDG(s) and explaining how their chosen MCI degree will help them achieve these aims. The motivation letter should also explain how applicants would benefit from the awarded scholarship (financial aspects).​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Applications will be evaluated in a two-stage process based on the selection criteria mentioned above. In a pre-selection round, applications will be short-listed. Subsequently, short-listed applicants will be invited to an interview with the jury consisting of jurors from the Ban Ki-Moon Centre and MCI. The final decision is made based on the following weighting:

1. 50% submitted documents.
2. 50% interview with the jury. Other Info This scholarship under the patronage of Excellency Ban Ki-moon allows students engaged in the SDGs to study and develop at the prestigious MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. Further, it enables you to study at a reduced tuition fee of EUR 1,500.- per year.
