ARTEZ SCHOLARSHIP

The applicant:

1. has a Non-EU/EEA nationality;
2. must have passed the entrance exam and have been accepted into an ArtEZ' full-time Bachelor's or Master's course;
3. will start his/her study in September 2024 as a first year fulltime student;
4. has never studied in the Netherlands before;
5. has to pay the institutional tuition fee;
6. meets the requirements to register with ArtEZ and, if applicable, to obtain a visa;
7. makes plausible that there is a gap in her/his financial plan for studying at ArtEZ and that the scholarship contributes significantly to a viable plan;
8. contributes demonstrably to the diversity of the learning community of the course;
9. demonstrates potential to develop continuously;
10. is able to reflect profoundly on her/his background and education as well as how these influence her/his work.

Stated amount: 561,760 The amount of the ArtEZ Scholarship is 50% of the institutional tuition fee:

1. For bachelor students, the scholarship amount for the academic year 2024-2025 will be € 5,600 (50% of €11,200).
2. For master students, the scholarship amount for the academic year 2024-2025 will be € 6,125 (50% of €12,250).
3. Students will receive the ArtEZ Scholarship for the nominal duration of their studies, and the amount will adjust each year with the institutional tuition fee.
4. The scholarship is paid (or subtracted from the tuition fee), at the beginning of each study year, if and when, the student advances to the next study year. In case of deregistration, the ArtEZ Scholarship will be reimbursed in proportion.
