ANDHRA PRADESH - JNANA BHUMI - PRE-MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP
The Government of Andhra Pradesh, with a view to supporting the parents of SC/ST/Disabled Children for the education of their wards studying in Class Vth to Xth, has implemented the pre-matric scholarship scheme. The scheme has been launched with the objective to reduce the rate of drop-outs and improve the performance of students and encourage them to study further by providing them with financial assistance.

Eligibility
- SC/ST/Disabled Children studying in Class 5th to 10th, are eligible to apply.
- Family Income should not be more than 2 Lac per year.

- Provide all the required details.
- Once the details are submitted, the concerned Hostel Welfare Officer (HWO) will verify the application.
- After confirmation from HWO, District Welfare Officer sanctions the scholarship.
