Key Responsibilities and Duties Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering sector. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure client requirements are met. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
