Selected candidates undergo on-the-job training at Tata Motors manufacturing facilities while simultaneously pursuing a Diploma in Mechatronics from a recognized institute. Core Responsibilities Working on the production and assembly lines of commercial or passenger vehicles. Assisting seniors in the Body Shop, Paint Shop, and Quality Inspection departments. Learning to operate advanced CNC machines, robotic arms, and automated tools. Ensuring workplace safety and maintaining high-quality production standards. Attending regular classroom sessions for the Diploma course alongside plant shifts. Eligibility Criteria Education: 12th Pass (Any stream) or ITI Pass (Trades like Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Machinist, MMV, etc.). Age Limit: 18 to 23 years at the time of joining. Marks: Minimum 50% marks in 10th and 12th/ITI. Health: Must be physically fit as per the industry medical standards. Compensation and Benefits Monthly Stipend: Approx 14732 to 16696 (Depending on location). Attendance Bonus: Additional monthly reward for full attendance.
