Locations : Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, Tiruppur Role Brief: As a Civil Site Inspector, you will be responsible for visiting property locations, verifying land and building details, and conducting basic measurements and evaluations. Your role involves assessing property value by analyzing market conditions and comparing official and actual rates. Based on your site inspection and findings, you will prepare accurate reports that support banks in processing property-related loans. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Visit assigned property locations to verify details as per the Sale Deed. 2. Conduct on-site inspection of land and buildings for accuracy. 3. Perform basic measurements and verify property boundaries using FMB sketches. 4. Evaluate property features to ensure correct data for bank loan processing. 5. Estimate construction cost and assess land value. 6. Compare Government Guideline Value with current market rates. 7. Determine per sq. ft. value by interacting with local brokers and nearby sources. 8. Prepare and submit detailed property evaluation reports after site inspection.
